A men’s US 7.5 is EU 39–39.5 and UK 6.5; a women’s US 7.5 is EU 37–38 and UK 5 by the standard size tables.
The men’s fits a foot of 24.55 to 25.0 cm and the women’s fits a foot of 23.3 to 23.7 cm. A kids’ 7.5C is much smaller: EU 23.5–24, for a foot of up to 14.6 cm.
