US 7 in EU and UK sizes
A men’s US 7 (or 7Y) is EU 38.5–39 and UK 6; a women’s US 7 is EU 36.5–37 and UK 4.5 by the standard size tables.
The men’s fits a foot of 24.1 to 24.55 cm and the women’s fits a foot of 22.9 to 23.3 cm. A kids’ 7C is much smaller: EU 23–23.5, for a foot of up to 14.2 cm.
