A men’s US 6.5 (or 6.5Y) is EU 38–38.5 and UK 5.5; a women’s US 6.5 is EU 36–36.5 and UK 4 by the standard size tables.
The men’s fits a foot of 23.7 to 24.1 cm and the women’s fits a foot of 22.4 to 22.9 cm. A kids’ 6.5C is much smaller: EU 22.5–23, for a foot of up to 13.8 cm.
