US 1.5 in EU and UK sizes

A men’s US 1.5 (or 1.5Y) is EU 31.5–32 and UK 13.5 by the standard size tables.

It fits a foot of 19.5 to 19.9 cm. A kids’ 1.5C is much smaller: EU 16–16.5, for a foot of up to 9.5 cm.

Two shoes called US 1.5

The number alone doesn’t say whose size it is. For the same US 1.5, each is for a different foot:
