Size 13C: the kids’ shoe size explained
A size 13C fits a foot of 18.8 to 19.3 cm (7.42 to 7.58 in): UK 12.5–13 and EU 30.5–31 by the standard size tables, a little kid size.
The median child’s foot reaches the middle of a 13C at about 7½ years and stays in it for about 6 months, in the US Consumer Product Safety Commission’s survey of children.
