Does Dr. Martens run big or small?
From Dr. Martens’ own foot lengths: first against the other brands’ charts, size for size (whether a US size is made for a longer or shorter foot than theirs), then against the standard size tables, foot by foot. Brands measure differently (Nike’s chart, for one, prints a box size in centimetres beside the foot length and says the two differ), so this is what each chart advises, not a fit test.
